How We Transcend Service:
Design Services: We provide clients with design services with all orders at no additional
charge. This includes artwork creation, digitizing artwork and pre-press preparation. Other
printers charge $75+/hr for similar services. .
“Exact Quantity” Pricing: It is widely accepted in the industry for a “10% overage” allowance for
all print orders. This can cause problems for the client in terms of “receiving” Purchase Orders
and budgeting constraints. Transcend delivers and charges for only the exact quantity ordered.
Turnaround: With the typical industry standard as 2-3 weeks, Transcend’s turnaround is
typically 3-7 business days.
Production Samples: Transcend has the flexibility to create production samples prior to the
placement of larger orders.
Delivery: Local delivery is provided free of charge.
Net Terms: Transcend will work with corporate clients to adhere to “net term” requirements.
